Mission
At KKday, we understand that every traveler has unique needs and preferences. With Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea being popular travel destinations among our users, we recognized an opportunity to create a campaign that connects travelers from these three countries. As relatively new markets for us, Japan and South Korea present an exciting opportunity to increase awareness and engagement. By providing a platform that caters to the specific needs of these three countries and their frequent travel routes, we aim to provide a truly unique and fulfilling travel experience.
Solution
To meet the needs of our predominantly female user base, we launched the "Perfect Travel Match" campaign. We personified the popular destinations in Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea and customized them to different types of men, such as the adventurous "Wild Style" and the sophisticated "Yuppie Style," accompanied by flirtatious pickup lines. We also developed a Facebook chatbot to allow users to select their perfect match and engage in conversation. This personalized approach not only helps users find their ideal travel destination but also allows them to build a connection with their "Perfect Travel Match" before their trip, creating a fun and engaging travel experience
